once you enter it's quite an impressive restaurant and has a very polite and attentive wait staff.

I must say nobody left here hungry and we all were satisfied with vows to return.

My family and I have been here on 3 separate occasions, the staff is great very attentive to our needs and the owner Jimmy is a great, guy. The food is excellent, fresh and the Yucatan pork is awesome. If you haven't tried this place your missing out.

Portions were large enough we each could have brought some home for lunch tomorrow, but I, of course, pigged out and ate all of my chicken. Service was excellent all night. I am so glad I gave Baja California a chance. We will be back

We don't eat Mexican out because, well, were Mexican! We all loved it. Eight different dishes and they were all right on! We felt the prices were comparable to the quality we received. The service was just as good. A must try!

The first time I was here for the cigar lounge. It was very comfortable, and it is a great place to have a few (drinks/cigars). There are several tvs and plenty of comfy chairs and sofas in there. The four exhaust fans clear the smoke out very well. Now I have to mention how incredibly friendly the entire staff is! The service was great! I have been back a number of times and admittedly spend most of my time in the cigar lounge. I have to say the staff has been very friendly each time I've been there. Grab a drink and light a stick, enjoy.

Upon entering this beautiful restaurant, we knew that we were in for a great night of spectacular food and entertainment.The romantically lit ambiance set the mood for a great night. Between the five of us, we ordered somewhere between eight to ten dishes. From the presentation/plating to the mouth-watering flavor of our meals, Baja California amazed us at every opportunity. We had come for a nice meal, but were surprisingly treated with so much more, making Baja California Restaurant & Cantina a one-of-a-kind dining and entertainment experience that you cannot miss while visiting Las Vegas!!!

First the ambiance is great, The staff AWESOME...All in all we have found a new place we will be spending our money at as often as we can. OH YEAH, how can I forget the margaritas were the BOMB, really perfectly made.

When I wake up the next day, still thinking of how wonderful the meal I ate the night before was, that's great food. This food was on par if not better than the many gourmet restaurants on the Strip I dine at frequently, but the biggest and best difference was the much lower bill at the end.I also enjoyed the enthusiastic service, the atmosphere and the duo that was playing on stage. I look forward to going back here.

Reserve the chef's table to celebrate a special ocassion or business gathering to seat 12. For a great dining experience in Vegas, get off the strip and head to Hotel California Restaurant and Cantina. We're definitely going back.

One of the most enjoyable evenings my husband and I have spent in quite a while recentlhy was sitting on the patio having drinks, appetizers, and dinner. We felt like we were in Baja, with the excellent Margaritas and tapas on a balmy evening with misters cooling us off. Unique food and a gorgeous but relaxed atmosphere are an intoxicating combination that is hard to resist.

The food was just the right portion and very flavorful and delicious. They bring lime halfs and encourage you to squeeze lime on everything which we did. It sure added a zing to everything. We left very pleased and will definitely be back for dinner soon. Is this your typical Mexican restaurant- NO-that's what makes it special. Try it-you'll like it!
